Sample Itinerary

Day 1:

• Arrive at Dublin International Youth Hostel
• Receive a Welcome Pack from reception
• Explore Dublin with the Hop On Hop Off Tour. With more than 20 stops at Dublin 's top visitor attractions, you have 24 hours to use this ticket at your own leisure.
• Entry to Guinness Storehouse - Dublin's number 1 visitor attraction. Spend the afternoon here and take the incredible journey through the history and making of the world famous beer. Enjoy your free pint of Guinness in their famous Gravity bar whilst sampling views of the city with their 360 degree views of Dublin city.
• Spend the day/evening at your leisure

Day 2:

• Start the day with your complimentary Continental Breakfast in the old nun's chapel of our hostel!
• Meet outside the hostel at 9.00am for your chance to discover "The Garden of Ireland", County Wicklow . Remember this tour is only available for those who book the 3 night package (Option 1). The tour starts over the Dublin Mountains and into the picturesque Sally Gap. Experience breathtaking views with complimentary coffee! Stop where you like and when you like along the route.
  See the famous film locations for Braveheart and Ballykissangel. Visit hidden lakes and luscious waterfalls. Travel the by-roads to beautiful Glendalough and after a healthy walk, time for lunch (not included in price) and a drop of the famous brew.
  Returning home via the depths of the Wicklow Mountains passing the scenic lakes of Blessington. Tour ends at 5.30pm on O'Connell Street or back to the hostel.
• Wind down at your own leisure!

Day 3:

• After breakfast enjoy the day at your leisure with visits to O'Connell and Grafton Street for some shopping. Pay a visit to some of the cafes or art shops and galleries in a thriving Temple Bar or relax and unwind in St Stephens Green, Phoenix Park or the Gardens of Remembrance.

• Prices quoted are based on shared 8+ dorm accommodation only. If there are no 8 bedded dorms available you may be offered 6 bed dorms or smaller - Supplements apply for any of these smaller rooms - available on request.
• All packages are subject to availability and An Óige maintains the right to amend or withdraw this offer, without notice at any time. Packages are on request over Special event weekends including St patricks Week and Rugby matches - supplements will apply.
• All packages MUST be paid in advance in order to secure your booking. Once payment has been received we will start to confirm all aspects of the package.

• You will need to supply us in advance which day you wish to travel on the Day Tour of Glendalough in order for us to confirm this. While every effort will be made to facilitate your first request this is subject to availability.
